My dog already has a reflective collar. How is the LED collar different?

A reflective collar will only reflect back light at certain angles for a fraction of a second. Barely enough time for drivers to notice.LED collars are like a beacon that alerts drivers of your dog's presence and dramatically improves overall driver awareness. A true game changer. You will notice drivers slowing down right away!

What if my dog only uses a harness when out for a walk?

Lots of dogs prefer harnesses. Keep using the harness as you normally would and simply add the PUGG LITE Collar for the added visibility during the walk.

Won't the flashing light bother my dog?

Surprisingly no....however, you can always simply switch the LED to "Always ON" mode. No flashing!

How long does the LED light stay on?

Depending on which mode you're using, anywhere between 6 - 8 hours.

How do I charge the LED Collar?

All collars are fitted for recharging via a USB-C port. Full charge takes no more than a couple hours.

Is it waterproof?

Unlike your dog...the PUGG LITE Collar is not waterproof. This means, it should not be submerged in water (kinda like your phone). Incidental spray form puddles and rain should not be an issue though.
